Measuring life by what you do each year for St. Pats is an interesting way to keep score.
In 2006, Jo went to Savannah to meet up with her college friends and play power-hour for three straight days. Serious business - no brain cells were spared. I met Greta and Deanna at Opal's at about 3pm and we steadily imbibed till closing.
In 2007, Alu and Michelle came down to meet Vivian. We were probably unsociable and unsavory - a fact of living with a month old baby.
This year, Vivian played around with her new computer (it's a OLPC - One Laptop Per Child computer - back in December, we paid for two - one to be sent to some third world family - probably in Bangalore, and the other for Vivian). The computer arrived the night before. It's very green and matched her lovely St. Pats day dress. My girl may grow up to be a geek!
